Tenemos intercesores que hablan español!!
Nuestra agencia cuenta con intercesores que hablan diferentes idiomas (Español, Bulgaro, Ruso, Igbo) para poder atender a nuestra diversa comunidad. Además, tenemos acceso a líneas de intérpretes (para cualquier idioma) que nos permiten comunicarnos con clientes que hablan distintos idiomas que no son hablados por nuestros defensores. Esto nos permite ofrecer servicios de apoyo legal y de defensa en casos de violencia doméstica a personas de diferentes orígenes lingüísticos, garantizando que todos puedan acceder a la ayuda que necesitan.
Si llamas a nuestra linea de asistencia y recursos y la persona intercesora no habla español, por favor indica que necesitas un interprete para español. Nuestra persona te dira que va a contactar a un interprete y que te llamaremos despues al conseguirlo. Al momento de conseguir un interprete te llamaremos para tener una llamada en conferencia y conversar sobre el apoyo que necesitas.

Our agency has advocates who speak different languages (Spanish, Bulgarian, Russian) to serve our diverse community. Additionally, we have access to interpreter lines (for any language) that allow us to communicate with clients who speak languages not spoken by our advocates. This enables us to offer support and advocacy services in cases of domestic violence to people from different linguistic backgrounds and cultures, ensuring that everyone can access the help they need.
If you call our Advocacy and Support Line and the person does not speak your language, please indicate that you need an interpreter and please indicate your language. The person will inform you that they will contact an interpreter and will call you back immediately to have a conference call to discuss the services you need.
