Be inspired and engage with others at an event.
DAWN supporters make a remarkable difference for the domestic violence survivors we serve while helping to build a safer South King County by attending our two annual fundraising events. Returning Dignity Breakfast takes place each spring, and highlights inspiring stories of survivors. Our benefit auction and gala, An Evening of Promise, will be held October 5, 2019 bringing together loyal DAWN donors and new friends to support our outreach to survivors and our community education. Please learn more about both events and join us as a guest, a table captain or a sponsor.

2019 Returning Dignity Breakfast with Seattle Mariner, Dee Gordon – May 30th at 7am
May 30, 2019 @ 7:00 am - 8:30 am
According to the National Coalition Against Domestic Violence, 1 in 3 women and 1 in 4 men have been abused by their intimate partner. In 2018 alone, DAWN provided an estimated 20,000 services (duplicated) and answered 5,700 calls on our emergency crisis line. How can YOU help? Come join us on May 30th at 7am for breakfast at the Hotel Interurban with special guest, Dee Gordon of the Seattle Mariners, to learn more about how DAWN is working to support survivors, prevent violence in your community, and how you can help support the cause. A survivor himself, Dee will share his story of hope. Donors who make a $500 donation or greater BEFORE the event, will get to meet briefly with Dee after the event. Thank you for helping DAWN with supporting and empowering survivors of domestic abuse.
Many thanks to our sponsoring partners, Lucky Seven Foundation, Salal Credit Union and Matt & Whitney Millar!
